Words

Often when thinkng about feelings/sensations i struggle to put them into words; usually not because of vocabulary, one can find an online thesaurus in seconds. Language is flawed - words are pretty imprecise, without defined "borders" for their ranges of meanings. There are several types of love, several types of excitement, happiness, sadness. Even material things can be difficult to name. You can try to use more precise wording, however you can't do that without simultaneously sacrificing understandability. Readers may not be familiar with your chosen words. If you decide to invent your own, some readers may struggle with the new vocabulary. (example: readers struggling with in-universe names when reading Dune) Another flaw of text is that it condenses a stream of thoughts into a "string". It's difficult to describe multiple stimuli happening at once - they can only appear in the reader's mind one after the other.
